Available in three models (All in One, Division, and Basic) TurnXpert units support a wide variety of welding processes and robotics integration, with intuitive controls and flexible setup options.
Perfect for laser welding, MIG/MAG, TIG, and electrode welding (as well as polishing, grinding, and drilling) TurnXpert turntables enhance precision, reduce operator workload, and support full automation in smart manufacturing environments.
Modular, precision welding and clamping tables for high-performance fabrication
Siegmund welding tables are industry-leading modular fixturing platforms designed for accurate, repeatable welding, clamping, and assembly work. Made from specially hardened steel and finished with a unique plasma-nitrided coating, these tables provide unmatched durability and positioning precision for even the most demanding metalworking environments.
Used across fabrication shops, training centres, and production lines, Siegmund welding tables serve as flexible, high-precision work surfaces for jig setups, part alignment, and welding operations. Their grid-based design allows for quick configuration and adjustment—reducing setup time and improving part consistency.
Also available is a range of jigs and features customised for use with the welding table, including squares, bolts, clamps, stops and more. See here for a full list.
Protective housing for safe and compliant handheld laser welding
A handheld laser welding enclosure is a safety-certified protective cabin designed to contain laser radiation, fumes, and operational hazards during handheld fibre laser welding. Built to ensure user safety and meet laser classification requirements, it allows welding operations to take place in a controlled environment without risk to the operator or surrounding workspace.
The enclosure reduces the risk associated with high-power Class 4 laser systems by shielding the operator from direct and reflected beams, containing fumes, and automatically shutting down the laser when opened. It enables safer, more efficient use of handheld laser welders in industrial and workshop settings—ensuring compliance with safety standards and protecting personnel and equipment.
