Cathode/Electrode 130 and 160 Amp

Genuine Kjellberg cathode (electrode) for plasma cutting at 130 A and 160 A. The cathode carries the cutting current and contains the emissive insert from which the plasma arc starts and burns. It is a wear part: as the insert erodes, arc starting and cut quality deteriorate, so it should be replaced at the first signs of pitting or when cut edges begin to bevel or dross increases. Replace it together with the matching nozzle for best results.

Cathode/Electrode 300 Amp - Mild Steel

Genuine Kjellberg F022 cathode (electrode) for high-current mechanised plasma cutting of mild steel at 300 A, suited to thicker plate. The water-cooled cathode conducts the cutting current and contains the emissive insert where the plasma arc forms. Replace it when the insert shows significant wear to maintain arc stability, cut quality and the service life of the matching 300 A nozzle.

Cathode/Electrode 50-200Amp

Genuine Kjellberg cathode (electrode) for plasma cutting across the 50 A to 200 A range. The cathode conducts the cutting current and holds the emissive insert where the plasma arc is generated. Over time the insert wears away; replacing the cathode before it is fully consumed protects the nozzle and torch and keeps cut quality and arc starts consistent.

Nozzle 130 Amp - Mild Steel O2

Genuine Kjellberg F2012 nozzle for 130 A mechanised plasma cutting of mild steel with oxygen. The nozzle constricts the plasma arc through a precision-machined orifice, concentrating its energy into a narrow, high-velocity jet that produces the cut. Orifice size and condition determine kerf width, edge squareness and dross, so the nozzle should be replaced when the orifice becomes oval, enlarged or damaged. Use with the matching 130 A cathode and swirl gas cap.

Nozzle 300 Amp - Mild Steel

Genuine Kjellberg F2227 nozzle for high-current mechanised plasma cutting of mild steel at 300 A, suited to thicker plate. The nozzle's precision orifice constricts and focuses the plasma arc into a narrow, high-energy jet. A nozzle in good condition gives a narrow kerf, square edges and minimal dross; replace it when the orifice is worn, out of round or damaged. Use with the matching 300 A cathode.

Swirl Gas Cap F4030 90-200 Amp - O2/Air

Genuine Kjellberg F4030 swirl gas cap (3.0 mm bore) for mechanised plasma cutting at 90 A to 200 A with oxygen or compressed air. Fitted over the nozzle, it guides the swirl gas around the plasma arc to keep the arc stable and tightly focused, while protecting the nozzle from spatter and heat during piercing and cutting. A cap in good condition is essential for square, clean cut edges and consistent consumable life.

Swirl Gas Cap G4030 90-200 Amp

Genuine Kjellberg G4030 swirl gas cap (3.0 mm bore) for mechanised plasma cutting at 90 A to 200 A. The swirl gas cap fits over the nozzle and directs the secondary (swirl) gas around the plasma arc, helping to constrict the arc, stabilise the cut and shield the nozzle from spatter. Replace it when it shows heat damage, spatter build-up or a deformed bore, as a worn cap reduces cut quality and shortens the life of the other consumables.
