Genuine Hypertherm Duramax retaining cap for hand-held and mechanised Powermax plasma torches, used across the 10 A to 105 A range. The retaining cap screws onto the torch head and holds the nozzle and swirl ring firmly in their correct positions, ensuring proper alignment and gas flow. It is a longer-life part than the electrode and nozzle, but should be replaced if it is cracked, heat-damaged or no longer seats the consumables securely.
