Siegmund Welding Table

Modular, precision welding and clamping tables for high-performance fabrication

Siegmund welding tables are industry-leading modular fixturing platforms designed for accurate, repeatable welding, clamping, and assembly work. Made from specially hardened steel and finished with a unique plasma-nitrided coating, these tables provide unmatched durability and positioning precision for even the most demanding metalworking environments.

Used across fabrication shops, training centres, and production lines, Siegmund welding tables serve as flexible, high-precision work surfaces for jig setups, part alignment, and welding operations. Their grid-based design allows for quick configuration and adjustment—reducing setup time and improving part consistency.

Also available is a range of jigs and features customised for use with the welding table, including squares, bolts, clamps, stops and more. See here for a full list.

MOTEC Systems

Versatile welding turntables for smart automation and precision positioning

The MOTEC TurnXpert Series is a compact, high-performance range of welding turntables designed for precise, automated rotation in welding and finishing applications. Available in three models (All in One, Division, and Basic) TurnXpert units support a wide variety of welding processes and robotics integration, with intuitive controls and flexible setup options.

Perfect for laser welding, MIG/MAG, TIG, and electrode welding (as well as polishing, grinding, and drilling) TurnXpert turntables enhance precision, reduce operator workload, and support full automation in smart manufacturing environments.

Maxphotonics Theo Series

Compact handheld fibre laser welding system with twin-wire capability for fast, clean, and precise joins

The Maxphotonics THEO Series (MA1) is a lightweight, air-cooled handheld fibre laser welding system designed for speed, mobility, and clean results across a wide range of metals. Built to replace traditional MIG and TIG setups, the THEO delivers up to 10Ă— faster welding with minimal distortion and heat-affected zones.

For even greater efficiency, the system can be expanded with the Twin-Wire Adapter – a plug-and-play module that upgrades the welder to powerful twin-wire mode without complex conversions or additional control units. This innovation synchronises two wire feeders directly to the handheld welder, boosting deposition rates, cutting weld times, and enabling wider, deeper, and multi-layer welds with ease.

Ideal for manufacturers, repair shops, and fabricators needing precise, neat welds with maximum productivity. Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, and more.

Handheld Laser Welding Enclosure

Protective housing for safe and compliant handheld laser welding

A handheld laser welding enclosure is a safety-certified protective cabin designed to contain laser radiation, fumes, and operational hazards during handheld fibre laser welding. Built to ensure user safety and meet laser classification requirements, it allows welding operations to take place in a controlled environment without risk to the operator or surrounding workspace.

The enclosure reduces the risk associated with high-power Class 4 laser systems by shielding the operator from direct and reflected beams, containing fumes, and automatically shutting down the laser when opened. It enables safer, more efficient use of handheld laser welders in industrial and workshop settings—ensuring compliance with safety standards and protecting personnel and equipment.
